Opera singer Anna Netrebko reacted on Instagram (the owner of Meta was recognized as an extremist organization) to protests by Germans trying to disrupt her concert in Regensburg. Reminding that there were about 30 protesters, the artist reminded that 3 thousand people came to listen to his performance.
“Answer to the protests! And who said everything would be smooth? it is not possible. Of course there was a concert. There were 30 protesters in the castle walls! And there are 3,000 spectators in a packed hall. Will you even the score? In the meantime, I’m going to score elsewhere. Thank you, Regensburg,” Netrebko said.
Participants in the July 23 action appeared With posters on which proposals were written for organizing charity concerts in Ukraine. Protesters also asked why Netrebko was singing in Regensburg and not New York or Stuttgart.
Previously Netrebko received a standing ovation in Italy after performing with the opera Aida.
