In an interview with socialbites.ca, the press secretary of the Alisa group, Alexandra Panfilova, denied media reports that a spectator received burns during the group’s performance in St. Petersburg. She noted that there were doctors on duty at the site who did not inform the organizers of anything “terrible”.
“There are always ambulances on the field. From the audience opening until the last one leaves. If something terrible happened, we would be informed. Also, the organisers contact the doctors from time to time to ask how they are. Everything was calm,” he said.

The woman claims she tried to contact the event organisers but was unable to do so.
