Actress Nicole Kidman has admitted that her role in the upcoming erotic thriller Babygirl is unlike any she’s played in her 40-year career. The celebrity has revealed Show off Fair.
Kidman said she has not yet seen the film and is unsure whether she will watch it at the upcoming Venice Film Festival premiere.
“I’ve done a few films that are pretty explicit, but not that many. <…> I’m not sure I have the courage [посмотреть фильм]”, admitted the Oscar winner.
Kidman added that it would be a strange feeling for audiences around the world to see something they usually “keep in their home videos.” She stressed that during the filming of the film, the actress felt vulnerable as a woman and as a human being.
Babygirl will premiere at the Venice Film Festival on August 30 and will be released in Russia on January 16. Studio A24 worked on its creation. The film stars Kidman, as well as Harris Dickinson and Antonio Banderas.
