The investigation completed a preliminary investigation into the criminal case of the attack on the widow of Alexander Gradsky Marina Kotashenko, reports TASS With reference to Irina Volk, the official representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.
A preliminary investigation of the criminal case has been completed against one of the members of an organized group accused of embezzling 100 million rubles from a woman.
A previously convicted man born in 1994 was charged with robbery on a particularly large scale. Volk added that the investigation was conducted under the leadership of the investigation department of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs.
On the afternoon of January 16, three unidentified people in the Moscow region caused an accident involving Marina Kotashenko’s car. After that, they got into Gradsky’s widow’s car and at gunpoint forced her to take them to the summer residence where the woman lived. Later, they received 100 million rubles in cash from Kotashenko, which he hid under his bed. Then the victim drove the assailants towards Aprelevka, where they got into their own car, where another accomplice was waiting for them, and disappeared in an unknown direction. The eyewitness to the incident was the security guard of the apartment.
