The daughter of Hollywood actors Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie Shiloh has officially abandoned her father’s surname. reports TMZ.
The 18-year-old girl’s surname is no longer Jolie-Pitt, but simply Jolie. There was no formal hearing on the name change; the petition was accepted without complaint.
It is known that Shiloh decided to change her name shortly after reaching adulthood in May. It didn’t work clearly abandoning his father’s surname due to a typographical error.
The couple’s other daughter, Zahara Marley Jolie-Pitt, who was first adopted by Jolie in July 2005 and then by Pitt in early 2006, also appears to have dropped the “Pitt” from her surname, at least unofficially. Another natural daughter of Vivien Jolie-Pitt called herself simply Vivien Jolie on a poster for the Broadway play “The Outsiders”, for which she worked as a production assistant.
