— While the series is presented as a comedy, your character Kira is a young girl facing a great challenge. What attracted you to the script and why were you interested in playing this role?
— All my daughters think of becoming heroes. Kazma; they do first, they think later. It was this excitement and carelessness that attracted me. And also the family. What wonderful characters and images our writers have created!
— How did you prepare for the role? Did you watch projects on the theme of surrogacy – for example, the series “Container”? What did you manage to gather from there?
— Yes, but not fiction, documentary films. I don’t know how much this helped or hindered me, but the general theme began to emerge for me a few months after the shooting was over.

— This is the first multi-part project for director Nikita Andrienko. What were your impressions after working with him?
— Nikita is a great director. I like his approach to work. He knows what he wants. He is sensitive not only to the general atmosphere on the site, but also to each artist.
— How do you detach yourself from psychologically difficult roles and return to your life? Or does the role remain the same the entire time you work on it?
— I have to ask this question to my loved ones (smiles). Usually after filming is over, there are sometimes logical inconsistencies in my life. But still, I have a very large family and it’s hard to blow your mind too far.
— In the erotic drama “Why You?” you played love with Daniil Vorobyov. How to find a fine line so as not to fall in love for real?
– My whole profession is childish. “Let’s have some fun for fun?”, “Imagine…”. When we were kids, we loved to make castles in the air and dive headfirst into an imaginary world, and when we got home, we forgot the branch left at the entrance. We found it easily and left easily. This is the key I use (smiles).
— How do you feel about Daniil as a person and as a professional after this experience?
“I connected with Dana with all my heart, she is an open partner, easy to work with. And she is also an open person!
— If you analyze after a while, how do you evaluate the experience of shooting the erotic scenes of the movie “Why You?” Do you have your own vision of such scenes and an understanding that you would definitely not accept?
“I understand that for a wide audience this is not just unacceptable, but simply unimaginable. And this is absolutely normal, we are all different. The explicit scenes “Why You?” were present in the script without objection. Both during the preparation process and during the filming, I clearly understood what result we were striving for.
— Are you one of those artists who only resort to stunts in extreme situations? What was the most difficult or new thing you did in front of the camera?
— I really want our cinema to have as many stunt action scenes as possible. Watching our brave stuntmen create art is so magical and powerful. Bravo! So far my heroes are walking on their feet and keeping their hands safely in their pockets, not flying or jumping.
— One of your first leading roles was the figure skater Katya in the TV series “The Last Axel”. Were you interested in figure skating before? What did you discover while preparing for the role? What skills did you gain thanks to this job?
— I was not interested in this sport at all. Biathlon and bobsleigh attracted more attention. I was surprised that skaters wear professional skates. What kind of physical strength and dexterity do you need to have to jump quickly, with both passion and thirst, so that it is not only technical, but also spectacular.

— What was required when casting for this job? Did you need to be good at skating?
— It was necessary to stand on skates. I remember that there were ice trials at the Yubileiny in St. Petersburg. They gave me skates and sent me out on the ice, and there were a lot of children there. Little skaters are nimble, while hockey players are like dung beetles drowning in their equipment. I swing, trying to look only ahead, afraid of knocking someone over, and they look around. Then a boy of about two years old runs up to me. The stick is three times bigger than him, it does not pull back, does not turn. I did not hit him, I grabbed him out of fear, and we went on with him.
After the approval, there was a month of preparation. They taught me how to do a half jump, how to turn, and how to look at figure skating in a completely different way. I understand why such a strict system is needed, but this is foreign to me. But it is impossible not to admire the strength of faith and spirit of people who set new records.
— Some actors have decided to lose a lot of weight, make radical image changes and even have teeth pulled for the sake of work. Are you ready to sacrifice your health to get a strong role?
— It would be very strange to ask a veterinarian: “Are you ready to treat cats as well as dogs?” The body is my instrument, and if this “epic” act does not threaten my life, if the role is interesting to me, then there will be no questions.

— Do you think it is necessary to make such sacrifices? After all, high technologies such as neural networks or the same structure exist.
— You are right, in some places it is necessary to make do with just make-up, because an artist may have more than one project or theater at the same time. It depends on the budget of the picture and comfort.
— In one of your interviews, you said that when you are invited to a date, you turn to your father for advice. What does a close relationship with your father provide you with?
“I am not a psychologist, but since I have my father’s shoulder in my life, I do not need to defend myself, I can be brave, I can be a little girl, and sometimes I can be capricious. ” In general, everything goes to my father! And I have time to clearly understand which roads are, which one is mine, with which person I want to go this way.
