The blogger noted that parting with property was not easy for her, so she encourages her fans to make a prenuptial agreement, decide which of them will register this or that property during the marriage, and after the separation leave the property to the person to whom it is registered.
Lerchek noted that she will definitely sign an agreement with her next husband – this will be one of the conditions for creating an alliance.
“It seems to me that this is very fair to both parties, so that what comes out for us later does not come out when lawsuits are filed, cars are shared, houses, interest … My God, when you understand everything, you will turn gray several times,” he said.
Valeria and Artem Chekalin got married on October 26, 2012. Three children were born from their marriage: daughter Alice and sons Bogdan and Lev. According to the court decision, after the divorce, the children will live with their mother.
