“Before September 1, the Ministry of Labor was instructed to resolve, together with the relevant federal executive authorities, issues of financial support for individual activities of the national project from 2025 and to include in the project together with the Ministry of Culture. The message states that measures must be taken for the further implementation of the Pushkin Card program.
Accordingly, the financing of the program will be extended after 2025.
The Pushkin Card program was launched in September 2021. The card is available to Russians aged 14 to 22, providing free access to museums, theaters, cinemas, exhibitions, philharmonic societies and other cultural institutions at the expense of the federal budget. The card cost is 5 thousand rubles.
Before that in the State Duma in the name create an analogue of the “Pushkin Card” for pensioners. It is expected that this will allow people over 60-65 to receive an annual allocation of 10 thousand rubles for attending cultural events.
