Plastic surgeon Denis Agapov showed the transformation of the nose of Alisa Kazmina, the ex-wife of football player Andrei Arshavin. The results of the work he did on her nose, which was lost as a result of an autoimmune disease, showed On your Telegram channel.
“The patient came to me with the absence of the cartilage part of the nose. The nose was represented by a small scar hole in the central area of the face,” he said, showing how the nose looked initially.
According to Agapov, the woman initially went to another clinic, where an attempt at correction was unsuccessful.
“The most difficult part of my job was replacing the soft tissue lining, which was almost missing. The surgeon took skin flaps from the nasolabial folds using ear cartilage transplanted with the skin,” he says.
Agapov does not hide the fact that he also had failures and at some stage of recovery almost all tissues were lost due to the inflammatory process.
“The currently ‘slightly crude’ design is being transformed into an elegant and beautiful female nose,” he concluded.
The doctor added that after nine stages of reconstruction, Alisa Kazmina still has three more stages ahead of her. In the selfie of the former model, also published by the doctor, it can be seen that the nose has almost returned to its former state.
