Producer and music critic Pavel Rudchenko suggested in an interview: HABER.ruHe said that Ukrainian singer Andrey Danilko, known by the pseudonym Verka Serduchka, performed in Russian because he wanted to give concerts in Russia in the future.
According to Rudchenko, Danilko could consider it as a “backup airport”.
“He not only sings in Russian, he hopes that maybe these songs will be useful in the future and he can somehow perform in Russia,” the producer said.
Rudchenko believes that Danilko is thinking about money and making money from projects. She noted that the singer became popular with her Russian songs.
