Blogger Karina Murashkina reported telegram channelthat singer and composer Igor Nikolaev demanded 1.5 million rubles from him for copyright.

Murashkina stated that Nikolaev wanted to write off this “ever-increasing” amount from her due to YouTube videos in which the composer’s song “Let’s Drink to Love” is heard.

“Like this. You shoot content. You make bloggers, artists popular, and then they charge you millions,” he said.

Murashkina accused Nikolaev’s team of deleting her YouTube channel without the possibility of restoration because of her complaints. She revealed that she received ten strikes for copyright violations.

Murashkina called the situation unfair. The blogger admitted that she was tired of crying and feeling sick with nerves. She consulted a psychiatrist.

“Bloggers, our colleagues, be careful when filming our artists’ songs,” the blogger said.

Telegram channel “Zvezdach” in May reportedNikolaev was found to have five unpaid tax bills. The artist owes a total of 119 thousand rubles to the Federal Tax Service.
