Shnurov was fined 20 thousand rubles for each of three violations: using Popov’s frame when creating a video clip, using the photo as a cover of a musical work on music services and deleting copyright information without the permission of the copyright owner. The court completely refused to pay non-pecuniary damages to the photographer.
