Actor Stas Sadalsky said in a speech: ProzvezdIt turned out that artists Nina Ruslanova and Liya Akhedzhakova had a fight on the set of Eldar Ryazanov’s film “The Promised Paradise”.
According to Sadalsky, the conflict occurred because Akhedzhakova did not like Ruslanova’s game. The actor felt that his colleague was shouting too loudly on stage. She made a statement to the artist and the director, but they ignored her. Sadalsky said that in one of the shots, Akhedzhakova took off Ruslanova’s hat and hit her on the head.
“(Akhedzhakova) hit him on the head and shouted: “Shut up!” Turning purple, Ninka grabbed Leah by her breasts, lifted her up, and threw her straight out the window. Glass – breaking, noise, noise. Luckily we lived on the first floor. Filming was, of course, interrupted,” the actor recalled.
Sadalsky stated that after this incident, Ryazanov no longer invited Ruslanova to his projects. As the actor noted, the director later said in a personal conversation with him that he forgave the artist.
Sadalsky added that Ruslanova herself explains this behavior with her character.
