Blogger Valeria Chekalina, known under the pseudonym Lerchek, accused Oksana Samoilova of borrowing her ideas in an interview with journalist Laura Dzhugelia.
According to Chekalina, Samoilova copied the marketing move without even changing the details. The blogger implied that this is why their ads look weird.
“When you watch the Stories of a very big blogger, he says: “I’m announcing happy hours. And now, instead of just sliding…” And there are no wheels. There are other things there too – chests, surprises, gifts. And so: “Instead of one scroll there will be two scrolls.” The team sends this to me and says: “If there are no wheels, I wonder what’s going on there?” – said the blogger.
Lerchek stated that such a move was completely copied from “Wheel of Fortune”. He advised Samoilova to “use her brain” before borrowing someone else’s brain.
Chekalina explained that she did not mind having her ideas copied and that they did it “normally”. According to the blogger, he will not be angry if a person gets inspired by his concept and adds something of his own.
Previously Lerchek admitted that he was going through a difficult time in his marriage because of the courts.
