Secure Internet League president Ekaterina Mizulina was outraged that rappers Vacio, Oksimiron (known as a foreign agent in the Russian Federation) and Scally Milano were compared to poets Vladimir Mayakovsky and Sergei Yesenin. Telegram channel reports this “Attention, news”.
At a meeting with students in Kazan, Mizulina said that Russians should not use swear words in public, and claimed that musicians were attacked with swear words in their songs after their complaints. One of the students said that obscene language is part of language and a creative tool of artists. She noted that Yesenin and Mayakovsky used matte.
Mizulina urged not to compare Mayakovsky with modern rappers because, in her opinion, they represented different artistic and cultural values.
“Have you seen any of Scally Milano’s lyrics? What a pity [что не слышал] because you draw analogies with Mayakovsky and great people and compare it with foreign agent Oksimiron and the rapper in socks,” said the head of the Secure Internet League.
When Mizulina said “rapper in socks” she meant rapper Vacio. The artist came to the “naked” party of blogger Nastya Ivleeva in only one sock.
Previously Mizulina argued with the student about Milokhin’s fate and forced him to apologize.
