Quentin Tarantino invited Brad Pitt to shoot his films for the third time. While he writes DeadlineThe Hollywood star will star in the legendary director’s latest film, The Film Critic.

Tarantino did not reveal the plot of the last movie. He has previously said only that the film is set in California in 1977 and is based on the life of a film critic who actually lived but was never truly famous and wrote reviews of porn movies.
Inspiration came from Tarantino’s work as a teenager, loading porn magazines into a vending machine and withdrawing money from an ATM.
“Everything else was too disgusting to read, but there was also a pornographic magazine with a really interesting page,” the director said. Tarantino particularly liked one reviewer who wrote that it was “sarcastic and clever”.
