25 films about participants in a special military operation in Ukraine, World War II. It was included in the International Documentary Film Festival “RT.Doc: Time of Heroes” program. This was announced by the organizers of the event, which will take place on February 23-25 at the Moscow Digital Business Zone.
The festival will open with Klim Poplavsky’s film “Military Correspondents-3: Praying with the Language of God”. The project references the work of RT Arabic correspondent Sargon Hadai. He also said at the festival, “I hope America sees the light. Regret of a NATO officer”, Olga Kiriy and Oleg Nekishev, “Gorlovka special housing and communal service forces”, Semyon Pegov, “Immortal Stalingrad Detachment”, Andrei Gimbatov and Mikhail Kharitonin, “Theater on the front line”, “Always on guard”, “Important” and others.
In addition to the audience program, the event will also include meetings with the creators and characters of the films, discussions with experts and round table meetings. Singers Yulia Chicherina and Alexey Poddubny (Django) will be responsible for the musical part of the festival.
The first festival “Time of Heroes” started in February 2023. More than 11 thousand people in total attended the event.
