Not only an artist of our theater, but every employee could find support and support in the person of Abramych, or Grandfather (as we call him behind our backs), which is no longer there today. “This is a great personal loss for me,” he said.

“Viktor Abramovich was the father of the whole group! He was a person who loved life and people. He is generous, kind, sympathetic and has a great sense of humor. The feeling that the entire community has been orphaned, I think my colleagues will agree. It was great to work with him because when we met him, no matter what the reason for this meeting was, there was always a reason to smile at each other! With his presence in my life, he taught me that there are more good people than bad people in the world. I probably always unconsciously want to adopt his attitude towards life. The way he talks about his friends and the people around him. My love and gratitude for him will be in my heart forever! Our protector, our father, and our good judge have abandoned us!” – he emphasized.

Victor Novikov came to work in the Theater. In 1968, Komissarzhevskaya – a few years after graduating from the Leningrad State Institute of Theater, Music and Cinematography with a degree in theater studies. He served as deputy chief director of literary affairs, deputy director of repertoire and working with playwrights.
