Poet Ilya Reznik condemned singer Laima Vaikule for not celebrating the 88th birthday of composer Raymond Pauls. His words are quoted mk.ru.
“Even though I could come: they live side by side. But I am no longer surprised by this: let these disgusting antics remain on his conscience. Unfortunately, Vaikule turned out to be “Thomas who does not remember kinship.” God will be his judge, as well as all these so-called ancient stars. “These are already in the past,” he said.
Reznik, who previously created hits for singer Laima Vaikule with composer Raymond Pauls, statedHe said that they “created” the singer when they briefly quarreled with Alla Pugacheva.
“We took Vaikule out of the tavern, prepared a repertoire for him and took him to the stage. I took him to the competition in Bratislava with our song “Vernissage”. We received the Golden Lyre. For a long time he called me his producer, who dragged him to radio stations and television channels. And after that he says bad things to the person to whom he owes his entire creative life,” the poet advised.
