The fantasy musical “Wonka,” starring Timothée Chalamet, topped the American box office. In this respect reports “Film Distributor’s Bulletin.”

In fourth place is “Godzilla: Minus One” with $4.9 million.
The cartoon called “Trolls 3” was in the top five with $88.7 million.
The movie “Wonka” is a prequel to the movie “Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory.” It tells the adventures of young Willy Wonka before he opens a wonderful chocolate factory.
