Model and TV presenter Svetlana Bondarchuk (Rudskaya) again filed a lawsuit against her ex-husband, director Fyodor Bondarchuk. This was reported by RIA News.

The Moscow Simonovsky Court recorded a statement of claim on the division of jointly acquired property between the spouses from the plaintiff Svetlana Rudskaya to Bondarchuk. The court date regarding property division has not been determined yet. Details of the case are unknown.

In September, the Moscow Simonovsky District Court registered the lawsuit filed by TV presenter Rudskaya against Bondarchuk. The subject of the case was the division of jointly acquired property between the spouses.

Moscow District Court in October returned the claim From Rudskoy to Bondarchuk. Representatives of the court noted that the plaintiff did not comply with the pre-trial procedure for resolving the dispute established by law for cases of this category.

Fedor and Svetlana Bondarchuk divorced in 2016 after 25 years of marriage. From their union two children were born: son Sergei and daughter Varvara. The daughters of the ex-spouses were diagnosed with cerebral palsy a year after birth. They do not advertise the details of her life and rarely post their photos on social networks.
