— What projects are you currently involved in?

“For a long time I was just an actor, but now a new chapter of my life has begun. I decided to follow my dreams, goals and passions; not only to reproduce someone else’s, but also to create my own. We are currently writing the script of a series for which I am the creative producer. This definitely requires knowledge and commitment. I remain in the acting profession, it is valuable and important to me.

— Could you tell us a little about the projects you produced?

— I have a stupid habit when I’m in the process of writing and I realize – I can get into something and not get to the end. Therefore, I believe that while there is a project, it is necessary to talk after the fact. I will do more, even if I don’t say so.

— What formats do you work in; TV series, feature film, short film?

— I can say that one of the projects is a series where we will talk about the fact that not everything in life is black and white. You can find the good in the bad – and vice versa. There is also a feature film, a short film and a play, the dramaturgy of which I have fully developed. And another simpler performance; I think I will be able to announce this in six months.

— How did you start creating projects on your own? Have you experienced burnout or rethought your activities?

— Yes, I experienced burnout in 2020, which lasted nearly two years. When I saw the trailers of the actors, everything sank inside me, I could not understand what it was connected with. I got help from my friends who supported me at all times. Nothing made me happy. I thought: “Acting used to feed me, my eyes were shining, but where is it now?” And I couldn’t find the answer to this question. Then I realized that I had a lot of ideas that I wanted to convey to people.

— Has your attitude towards acting changed after completing the burnout phase?

– Yes, everything is fine, now I have a lot of auditions, among which there are absolutely wonderful stories. They excite and enlighten me! This phase is over, now it’s time for new roles; I’m ready to reach another level and play more complex characters.

– What roles would you like to play?

— To be honest, I can’t say exactly who I want to play. But I’m always curious to try something I haven’t done before, to discover new hidden aspects of myself that I don’t even know yet. I am sure that my potential in the acting profession has been revealed by 20-30% and I would like to develop it further.

— What if we talk about his character rather than a specific character?

“As an actor, it would be interesting for me to reveal my maternal side.” Even though I was very young in 2008, I already played a mother. And in principle, Anka from “Olga” was a mother. But I would like to play a slightly different mother, a wiser mentor.

The roles of psychologically unstable individuals also interest me; This is my favorite story. I played a lot of crazy people at the institute, this was my strong point, but I have not yet managed to fully show it in films. But it seems to me that I am already close to this because similar roles are coming.

— What did you have to sacrifice for your business?

– In general, the acting profession was in the first place for me for a long time – so I actually forgot about everything else. This can be called a sacrifice, because if you don’t make time for other areas of your life, they will die because you are not feeding them with your energy.

We also sacrifice our hair, face and body, actors are a little crazy people in this regard. And of course health – because sometimes we have to shoot in summer dresses in the cold. I no longer want to take part in a project and be sick for six months and spend all my wages on doctors. A certain limit needs to be set here, and I hope that this will gradually be instilled in our sector.

At the same time, actors can be “covered” by contracts and clearly state their terms. Therefore, I want to draw attention to the rest of the film crew, so that everyone has an eight-hour working day and time for their own life. Sometimes my soul hurts people so much! I believe that not everything should work because there are so many wonderful things around – families, friends, hobbies. And the life that passes us by while we work.

— Tell us more about the six-month treatment after extractions – has this happened to you too?

— Yes, the third season of “Olga” was winter, it was very difficult. I started having major problems with my immune system, some of my hair fell out, I was lying in 35°C heat – hypothermia and weakness.

— Working on Olga took a long period of her life, about eight years. What was it like to leave him?

“If you want to give up something, you should do it with gratitude.” I am absolutely grateful to this project, it has helped me a lot. I met wonderful people; Of course, the closeness and excitement towards them was greater than other teams. Now this is a chapter of my life that has been turned upside down and there are new ones ahead.

—Olga Have any of your colleagues become a real friend to you?

“We don’t talk on the phone every day, but I’m always so glad to see everyone on our film crew, because after all, eight years side by side are not in vain.

— How do you remember Yura Borisov on the set? Do any stories about this stick in your memory?

“I definitely have warm feelings for Yura, he is a great partner. I think many people note that Yura has always created a great acting and human duo. It was a great pleasure for me to work with him, I always remember this period with warmth. And every time I see Yura, all I want to do is hug him and say: “Hello Yura! I’m glad to see you”.

— How old were you when you first starred in a movie?

“I was a very little girl; When I was seven years old, I took part in the short film “Friend” for the first time.

— Who influenced you the most in your early works?

— There were the most incredible actors Agrippina Steklova and Fyodor Dobronravov, I looked at them with my mouth open. They were adults, but they were also misbehaving, children disguised as adults. I remember the wonderful laughter of Agrippina and Fyodor. It was great for me to see open-minded adults getting naughty with me.

Then I turned to sincerity and was in the frame as I was. It seems to me that you should follow life with open eyes and heart. This is a great gift to remain a child in the acting profession.

— Have you ever wanted to make a change in your appearance due to fashion? For example, have you ever dreamed of lips pumped up on your face?

“Unfortunately, social networks and the world of images have an impact on every person’s soul, and this did not escape my notice. After all, the profession is about video and you fall into this trap from time to time. But I say to myself: “Stop, what is spoken of openly in you is no longer what is needed.” At 34, I have never injected myself with anything. I recently found a beautician that I have chosen for a long time.

It is important for me to preserve my individuality – after all, by changing something in our appearance, we change our life. As a last resort, there is hardware cosmetology, which helps preserve natural beauty and does not change the appearance.

— How do you protect your health and beauty?

“The most important thing is to exercise, drink enough water, get enough sleep and choose quality foods carefully. If we are careful about what we eat and exercise, this will affect our appearance and health. I am always in favor of a healthy gut and a healthy soul.

I was a vegetarian for three years. That period was not a very comfortable period for me psychologically and I wanted to purify myself. It helped me at the time, but then I started feeling sluggish. Vegetarianism requires constant monitoring of health status and large financial costs. I now practice intuitive mindful eating.

-What sports do you do?

— I have been doing power yoga since 2017, it gives a nice texture to my body. I don’t really like weightlifting. But yoga is more interesting for me, I perceive it as an exciting game – when you collect all the muscles (some of which I did not even know existed), you feel progress. Yoga brings balance to my soul, breathing exercises are definitely a healthy story. It seems to me that yoga is useful for almost everyone, if there are no contraindications, because it stretches and strengthens muscles very well. I love running, but not all the time; My back has started to hurt a little lately, I need to look at what’s wrong with my spine.
