“It is not the president who appointed him. You know, initially different options for managing the system of large halls were talked about. The issue was raised at various meetings, including with the participation of the president,” the Kremlin representative said.
According to him, no decision has been made yet.
Peskov also stated that the government could make this decision before the end of this year. He noted that the Kremlin does not announce such things.
