According to the publication, the initiator was a businessman from Voronezh Vladimir Gubarev. In 2020, Silvashi rented a non-residential building from IP Gubarev, which houses the sewing production of the SILVASHI brand.
The entrepreneur claims that Khaidarov’s wife did not pay for utilities and also moved out without any warning. He was sentenced according to the terms of the agreement. Gubaev won the case against Silvasha, but the woman did not pay her debt. Now the businessman has appealed to the court again, demanding that the wife of the star surgeon be declared bankrupt.
At the same time, Silvashi stated in an interview with Shot that he terminated the contract with IP Gubarev ahead of schedule in 2021. He noted that he paid his debts. The woman also provided Shot with supporting documents that the publication did not release. In addition, Khaidarov’s wife emphasized that she was ready to sue Gubaev for libel.
