A lawsuit was filed against American actor Russell Brand for the first time after he was accused of rape. In this respect reports Sun.
The lawsuit was filed by an unnamed extra who was involved in the filming of the romantic comedy “Arthur.” The Ideal Millionaire” in New York.
According to the woman’s statement, the incident occurred in July 2010. Brand got drunk on set, exposed himself in front of other crew members, and then followed her into the bathroom and forced her to have sex, she said.
The player explained that one of the team representatives was standing outside at the time.
Claiming that she suffered psychological trauma, the woman draws attention to the financial losses and demands compensation for moral and economic damage from Brand.
Warner Bros Pictures is also listed as a defendant.
