“I’m glad Alla is back. Nowhere in the world, in any country, will he feel as comfortable as at home. Alla has always loved Russia. And I always loved him and always will. She is my brother she. And he always saw me as his brother,” Reznik emphasized.
He added that no personal relationship with Pugacheva could interfere with their friendship. The poet was glad that the “diamond trio” of Pugacheva and composer Raymond Pauls was “alive and still active.” Reznik reminded that they lived and worked on behalf of the people during the USSR period.

After this, social activists from the “People’s Call” movement demanded the arrest and interrogation of Pugacheva regarding possible financing of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). They also demanded that the singer be punished under the administrative article “Public insult on the Internet” for his publications in which he called Russians serfs and slaves.
