Former model Jeanne Bellino filed a lawsuit against Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler, claiming that the musician sexually harassed her. This was reported by rolling stone.
According to the court document, Bellino and Tyler met in New York in the summer of 1975. The girl was 17 at the time and Tyler was around 27. As they walked as a group, the girl asked the musician a question about the lyrics of the song, and then the musician asked her to go to a phone booth.
“Tyler stuck his tongue down her throat, put his hands on her body (breasts, hips, and genitals), while taking off her clothes and pressing her against the phone booth wall. As Tyler taunted Bellino, others stood aside and laughed and passersby watched,” the lawsuit states.
Bellino emphasized that he had never had sexual experience with anyone before. He stated that the musician saved himself from Tyler by pulling his hair. The girl stayed with the same company after the incident because she was “shocked and confused,” the lawsuit states. Bellino couldn’t leave because his friend who brought him to Tyler’s company was with him.
Later, the girl met the musicians in the hotel bar, where the singer began to forcibly kiss her again. Shortly after, the musician whispered to the girl that he was going to his room and invited her to follow him.
