“By the decision of the Moscow Meshchansky District Court, a preventive measure in the form of arrest was chosen in relation to Kirill Nikolaevich Kanakhin, accused of committing a crime in accordance with Art. 205.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (education for the purpose of engaging in terrorist activities) was mentioned in the message.
It is stated that Kanakhin has been detained for 2 months. This period will be calculated from the moment the person is extradited to Russian territory.
