Businessman Anatoly Rysakov lost a lawsuit against singers Alla Pugacheva and Kristina Orbakaite over land in the Solnechnogorsk region. Telegram channel reports this Shot.
In early October, Rysakov filed a lawsuit against the artists, in which he demanded the demolition of the scaffolding at their summer house in the village of Berezhki. As the man admitted, fishing was inconvenient because access to the coastline was blocked due to construction.
At the same time, an independent inspection did not detect violations in the territory of the Pugacheva and Orbakaite plots, so the court rejected the businessman’s claim. Shot emphasizes that there are several venues of artists in the Solnechnogorsk region: there is one in Pugacheva and two in Orbakaite.
According to the publication, before that, Rysakov had filed a lawsuit against other stars – Natasha Koroleva and Philip Kirkorov – for scaffolding on their sites. At the singer’s estate on the peninsula in the village of Myakinino, the businessman was blocked by a yacht pier.
