BBC announced via the X social network that the shooting of the 15th season of Doctor Who has started in England.
The main role in the show will be played by Shuti Gatva, star of the youth program “Sex Education”. Russell T. Davies will once again serve as showrunner.
Even before the release of the 14th season of the series, the shooting of which ended in December 2022, the news that the shooting would start was revealed. They lasted more than six months.

It is known that the creators will bring back actor David Tennant in special episodes – it turned out that he was the tenth and most memorable performer of this role. Along with her will be her friend Donna Noble, played by actress Catherine Tate.
