The hearing in the case of protection of copyrights of composer Oleg Vladi against artist Svetlana Loboda will be held on December 7, lawyer Valeria Rytvina said. His words were quoted TASS.

The defender stated that the claim of the author of the work “To hell with love” will be considered by the Istrinsky court in the Moscow region. Vladi demands that Loboda be banned from performing his composition.

Rytvina revealed that the Ukrainian singer could perform the track before that, with Vladi’s permission. He remembered this only after Loboda openly criticized Russia’s special operation in Ukraine and sent the artist a corresponding letter.

According to Rytvina, an agreement on the transfer of copyright and related rights was signed between Vladi and Loboda Music LLC, also in violation of civil law norms and principles. The defender believes that this violates the composer’s legitimate interests. The author of the hit “To hell with love” plans to consider that the contract was not signed and exclusive property rights were not transferred to Loboda Music LLC.
