HE Main Theater will host this Monday at 20.00 VII José Estruch Award Gala. As every year, these awards are celebrated by paying tribute to theater and theater professionals.
The musicians invited to the gala will be tasked with taking the public on a journey to the world of imagination. They are all professionals with great experience and reputation both in La Terreta and nationally and internationally.
After playing in various countries and places in Spain and collaborating with talented artists, this unique formation of musicians will perform live original songs by Dani Catalá, such as “Home”, “The Search” and “The Peace in your Eyes”. The group will consist of the following names: Dani Catalá, Vicente Climent, Dante Bertolino, Pedro José Bonilla and Kike Vidal.
In addition to music, performances will also take place on stage. Secret Team. This group brings together different professionals from the industry to create artistic works and performances that blend the different skills of each of its members.
Collaboration will also be held at the event Subcielo Aerial Dance Company and with it Oscar Esplá Higher Conservatory of Music in Alicante. This year, the awards ceremony will also have a new format, including a short interview with the gala winners.

Designed this year by Llàntia sculptor Hans Some, German sculptor who has been living in Alicante since 2000. He mainly uses metals such as steel, bronze or brass in his sculptures.
Some are interested in art practice as research, combining a conceptual approach with a process inspired by intuitive materials, developing sculptures that explore the natural world and humans’ place in it. His sculptures are characterized by the creation of volumes, the creation of spaces, the combination of different materials, forging and modeling techniques..
The jury for this issue consists of: Actress Mila García; Marc Llorente, theater critic of Diario Información; Elena Candela, actress; Alicante City Council Cultural Technician Manuel Palomar; Diego Juan, actor; Juana María Balsalobre García, Doctor of history and art criticism; Rosa Mª Monzó, former director of the Gabriel Miró Library; Iván Jiménez, director, actor, writer and theater pedagogue; Juan Antonio Ríos Carratalá, professor of Literature at the University of Alicante; Antonio Díez Mediavilla, EU professor of Literature Didactics at the University of Alicante; Antonio Sempere, journalist, writer and film critic, and María Dolores Padilla Olba, Deputy Director of Alicante Teatro.
