Ukrainian singer Svetlana Loboda lost the case against Oleg Vladi, the author of the hit “To hell with love”, according to the Telegram channel Shot. According to the decision, the star will have to pay state fees as well as non-pecuniary damages of 50 thousand rubles. In addition, the video recording of the concert that caused a legal dispute will be deleted from the internet platform.
The composer filed a lawsuit when he found a recording of Loboda’s 2020 concert in one of the online cinemas. The singer performed a song he wrote but did not mention himself as its author.
Vladi demanded 500 thousand rubles as moral compensation. The judge partially accepted the requests.

Loboda’s team provided a copyright agreement in Ukrainian signed by Vladi. He claims that he did not sign anything but that his signature was forged.
