Fans think rapper Drake is referencing his ex-girlfriend Rihanna in his track “Fear Of Heights” from his recently released album For All The Dogs. This was reported by daily mail.
The tabloid notes that Drake and Rihanna’s relationship lasted from 2009 to 2018: during this time, the couple broke up more than once, and after the last breakup, rumors arose that the rapper could not forget his lover.
“Why do they say I’m obsessed with you? This can not be! Drake giggles in new song.
In the track, the musician also states that sex with her boyfriend is “mediocre” and also touches on Rihanna’s current relationship with A$AP Rocky:
“He is better than me, everyone is better than me. He can’t leave you. You’re going on holiday and I’m sure it’s the Antilles.”
Daily Mail highlights that Rihanna and A$AP Rocky have vacationed in the Antilles more than once.
The artist also makes reference to Rihanna’s last album, Anti, which was released in 2016.
“Yeah, I’m anti ’cause I’m sick of you,” he sings in the song.
In 2010, Drake called himself a pawn in his relationship with Rihanna, who never advertised his relationship in the media, and claimed that he and the artist were just friends.
“He did the same thing to me as I have done to many women throughout my life. He spent some time and then disappeared. And I thought, ‘Wow, that feels so bad,’” Drake recalled.
