On the birthday of Thom Yorke, the lead singer of the British band Radiohead, Russian singer and songwriter Yuri Loza wished the musician good luck and a long life. In an interview with socialbites.ca, Loza said that he liked some Radiohead songs, but that it was “not his music.”
“This is not my band. He is neither good nor bad. He is not mine. I know him very well, I know what they do. From time to time I come across melodies that I like. For me, he is a bit chatty, for some reason he shouts a lot, he always shouts slogans. I don’t speak English, I don’t know what they do. It seems that his texts are presented in a political way. That’s why I say this is not my music. It does not warm me. All the experiments somehow did not turn out very well for me. He (Thom Yorke) plays great, although he is basically a good musician. Everything is coordinated, “It’s been worked on and polished,” he said.
On October 7, the British rock musician, vocalist and guitarist of Radiohead Thom Yorke turns 55. He founded the band in high school with the Greenwood brothers Ed O’Brien and Phil Salway, who later became Radiohead.
Previously Lidiya Fedoseeva-Shukshina registered 85th birthday.
