The court refused to evaluate Bondarchuk’s ex-wife’s claim regarding property division 17:07

The Moscow Simonovsky District Court returned the claim of TV presenter Svetlana Rudskaya (Bondarchuk) to her ex-husband Fyodor Bondarchuk. In this respect reported on the court’s website.

“The plaintiff did not comply with the pre-trial procedure for dispute resolution established by law for cases of this category,” the report states.

The claim was registered on September 26. The subject of the case was the division of jointly acquired property between the spouses.

Rudskaya has two children from her first marriage with director Fyodor Bondarchuk: 31-year-old Sergei and 24-year-old Varvara. The daughters of the ex-spouses were diagnosed with cerebral palsy a year after birth. They do not advertise the details of her life and rarely post their photos on social networks.

Now Rudskaya is married to producer Sergei Kharchenko; On August 15, 2023, the couple announced the addition to the family. The TV presenter posted a photo on social networks with the boy named Peter and noted that the child is already six months old.

Fyodor Bondarchuk married the actress Paulina Andreeva for the second time, the ceremony took place on September 17, 2019. The couple has a son named Ivan, born in 2021.
