Singer Mitya Fomin showed on Instagram (the owner of the Meta company is known as an extremist and is banned in Russia) how he takes vitamins.
Fomin admitted that he had to “chew his wheels” to look normal. The artist exhibited all types of vitamins. The 49-year-old star noted that he uses medication for his health.
“An uncontrollable desire to live to be 100 and film everything with stories,” the singer shared.
Fomin started his musical career in 1998 by joining the band Hi-Fi. In 1999, the band’s first album, First Contact, was released. The artist left Hi-Fi in 2008 to begin his solo career, but later began collaborating with his former colleagues again. In April 2018, Mitya Fomin, Timofey Pronkin and Oksana Oleshko appeared on the Olimpiysky stage with the golden Hi-Fi squad for the first time in ten years.
