Vitaly Borodin, head of the Federal Security and Anti-Corruption Project, demanded that comedian Alexander Gudkov be recognized as a foreign agent. This has been reported RT.
Borodin filed an appeal with the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation with the corresponding request.
The activist also called for checking whether the humorist funds the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Borodin noted that Gudkov showed his attitude to the CVO with the phrase “I am ashamed that I was born on February 24.”
According to the head of the anti-corruption project, the comedian also performed at an event in Latvia where they were raising money to help the Ukrainian army.
In September 2022, journalist Alena Zhigalova stated that Alexander Gudkov left Russia and went to Turkey. According to him, this may be due to the fact that a possible criminal case was launched after the comedian’s scandalous parody of SHAMAN’s video “I am Russian”. A team of experts from the Russian Civil Committee saw in Gudkov’s video “an attempt to humiliate Russian patriots on a national basis”. But in November, the showman returned.
