According to the publication, in the spring of 2022, the Rostov restaurant operator Levon Sedrakyan decided to franchise the Hot Dog Bulldog rolls and paid 550 thousand rubles for it, but Kharlamov’s company did not give the partner the right to trademark.

Sedrakyan applied to the court on this issue. However, Hot Dog Bulldog LLC filed a counterclaim, stating that it had been paying royalties and marketing fees to Sedrakyan all this time. The court sided with Kharlamov, forcing the restaurant operator to pay a fine of 1 million 635 thousand rubles.

Kharlamov opened the Hot Dog Bulldog restaurant chain in September 2021.
