Country singer Dolly Parton has admitted that she is not ready to end her music career and hopes not to live to see the time she needs to leave the stage. Words lead the way deadline.
“I would never retire. I hope one day I will fall and die in the middle of the stage. We don’t have much choice in that regard,” said Parton.
The singer admitted that the only reason for his readiness to give up performances may be the health of his wife.
“But right now while the sun is shining, I’m still going to make hay,” the 77-year-old artist added.
Singer Dolly Parton has written more than 600 songs during her career, and her songs have topped the Billboard country charts nearly 25 times. She also appeared as an actress in several films and TV series – in the popular show “Hannah Montana” she played the role of Aunt Parton Dolly. Now the artist is working on the release of his first rock album. Its premiere is scheduled for November 17.
Parton has been married to Carl Thomas Dean since 1996. The couple has no children.
