TV presenter Dmitry Shepelev admitted in an interview with producer Vlad Aganov that he lost singer Zhanna Friske for a very long time.

Shepelev stated that the pain of losing Friske “had taken 10 years of her career.” The TV presenter paused her personal life. The artist noted that during this period she looked after her son Plato.

Shepelev noted that he went to psychologists and took his son to them.

“If it weren’t for the results, I wouldn’t have pulled it out myself. I tried different psychologists I talked to. I went to him (psychologist) in the office on bent legs and fell on his sofa. She lay curled up and wanted to talk to me, because the emotional stress was so strong that it was very difficult to live on her own, ”the TV presenter shared.

Shepelev admitted that he did not find it embarrassing to consult a specialist. He advised people not to deign to help psychologists. The TV presenter explained that at the moment she is not receiving regular treatment.

Shepelev also admitted that he began abusing alcohol after losing Friske.

“I drank but that’s not an option,” the showman said.

Friske was diagnosed with brain cancer in 2013. The actress struggled with the disease for several years. On June 15, 2015, the star passed away.
