The court in Orenburg summoned the actor Pavel Priluchny to a meeting due to the purchase of a house in the Moscow region – a resident of Orenburg and the plaintiff in the case told socialbites.ca about this. According to the woman, her ex-husband re-registered their communal house in the Moscow region with his friend and sold it to Priluchny, so as not to share the common property. He now explained that he was trying to prove that the transaction was fictitious.
“My wife and I bought an unfinished house in the Moscow region. Finished construction. The husband left the family and re-registered the property with a friend so as not to split the property. Later, the house was sold to Pavel Priluchny. Now we have a property division where we learn these facts. As a plaintiff, I want to admit that the transaction is fictitious. Pavel was informed, he was summoned to the next court session, a letter was sent to him, ”said Pavel.
The plaintiff added that she accepted the settlement because she did not know that her husband would leave her.
According to him, the actor bought the property in March 2023.
Priluchny’s media manager, Alexandra Gritsan, when asked by socialbites.ca to comment on the news about the actor’s subpoena, said they “didn’t know anything about it”.
