“While residents of neighboring houses complained about the noise, I asked the guests to remain calm. The same man who was later taken away by ambulance jumped off the sofa and started swearing. Then he hit me with my elbow on my chest,” said the private security company employee. The guests came out and the fight started.
“They started beating us. We got lost trying to leave, went to the basement and hit a dead end. We continued to be attacked. The man who slapped my forehead in the room pulled out an expandable baton and let him whip it. He kicked my head over the railing with his foot,” recalls the guard, adding that after that, the driver of the private security company sprayed a canister and other employees were told about the incident.
After that, the employee explained that employees of other private security companies were calling, one of them tried to stop the artist Igor Korchagin, who was running towards them, and shot him in the legs. “The artist was very drunk and sat on the floor in slippers. When his comrades began to lift him, they dropped him. He hit his head on the tiles and snored,” he said.
Edgard Zapashny, former Director General of the Great Moscow Circus saidSince Korchagin received very serious injuries and fell into a coma, he was diagnosed with cerebral edema. Zapashny asked the governor of the Perm Territory, Dmitry Makhonin, to participate in the investigation into the incident.
