Actor Daniel Radcliffe does not want a role in the Harry Potter television series. He stated this in an interview with comic book.

“As I understand it, the story will be told from the beginning. I’m sure the producers won’t want to figure out how to get the old Harry into a cameo. I certainly don’t want any. I wish you the best of luck in the relay race, but I must not participate in it,” Radcliffe said.

In April, HBO released the first teaser for the upcoming Harry Potter series. The teaser has announced the launch of a new series that will accurately reflect the JK Rowling book series about the world-famous magician.

Fans tipped Toby Wolf for the lead, Bronte Carmichael for the role of Hermione, and Joshua Pickering for the role of Ron. Some claim that Tom Felton will return to the series – this time as Lucius, the head of the Malfoy family. HBO has yet to confirm fan theories. It is known that each season of the new series will be based on one of JK Rowling’s Harry Potter books. The main roles in them will be played by new actors.
