The American singer, Corey Taylor, lead singer of Slipknot and Stone Sour, has suggested that she will lose the opportunity to continue touring with Slipknot in the foreseeable future. The musician, who will turn 50 at the end of 2023, shared his fears in an interview with the German edition of Rock Antenne. Words lead the way NME.
“As long as I’m physically capable and there are people who want to see it, I will continue,” said Slipknot’s leader. At the same time, the musician noted that he would stop performing when he realized that the live shows could no longer physically sustain the punk quality. According to him, he has about five more years left.
“I try to take care of myself. I train when I can,” said the artist, who complained that traveling around Europe was tiring for her. Taylor also described European food as “terrible.”
Slipknot is currently on tour in support of their album The End, So Far from last year. In mid-June, the team also introduced mini-album “Adderall”.
