M. Gorky Film Studio has completed the shooting of the movie “Vera” based on the story “You never dreamed of” by Galina Shcherbakova. It has been reported TASS with reference to the studio general manager Yuliana Slasheva.
The plot focuses on mother Vera (Victoria Tolstoganova), who lives with her ever-sick husband Kostya and her fifteen-year-old son Romka. The family idyll breaks down when Kostya’s first wife comes into their life with his daughter. Romka falls in love with a girl and Vera opposes the young people’s relationship.
The director of the project was Ira Volkova. The script was created by Yaroslav Pulinovich together with the writer Galina Shcherbakova.
Filming Moscow Chertanov, St. Petersburg, Sochi and Murmansk – the icebreaker “Lenin” was also built.
Actress Victoria Tolstoganova throughout her impressive career starred in such projects as “Move Up”, “Captain Volkonogov Escaped”. For example, his series projects include the popular “Chiki”, “Officer” and “The Chicks”.
