Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Natalya Pipa testified to the police because of a young man who performed the songs of Soviet rock musician Viktor Tsoi in Lviv. The woman wrote about this on social networks.

“I did not respond to a request not to break the law and sing in Russian,” he wrote.

According to the Ukrainian edition of UNIAN, a teenager from Odessa in the center of Lviv sang Viktor Tsoi’s songs accompanied by a guitar. The musician began to clash with a deputy of the Rada, who demanded that he stop singing in Russian. As a result, Pipa called the police and filed a complaint. She claims that the young man violated the law of Ukraine adopted in March 2023.
