American actor Sergio Calderon has died at the age of 77. In this respect informs The Hollywood Reporter quotes a representative of the artist.
Death occurred from natural causes at a hospital in Los Angeles.
The artist was born in Mexico, where she worked as an English teacher and made her film debut. Hollywood producers noticed her and cast her in the villain roles that made Calderon famous: she’s best remembered for her roles as the talking head in 1997’s Men in Black and Captain Villanueva in the third Pirates of the Caribbean.
“I love playing these characters because they really hate me! On the streets they tell me how much they hate me. But for me it’s a success. “So I convinced everyone with my game,” Calderon said in an interview with the Los Angeles Times a few days before his death.
