The director of “Lenkom” Mark Varshaver in the program “Once” boasted of the virtues of the actresses of his theater Tatyana Kravchenko and Olesya Zheleznyak.
“For example, Zheleznyak Olesya. In practice, I had her become one of the main actresses of the theater. And why? Just for one reason – he’s a great, great artist. Tanya Kravchenko is a real folk artist. Varshaver told what they did in the game “Under the same roof”.
Among the artists of Lenkom, he also singled out director Roman Samgin, who was once a student of Mark Zakharov. Varshaver admitted that he was biased towards the director at first, but admitted that he changed his attitude towards Samghin after appreciating the play he had staged.
“Unfortunately, under Mark Anatolyevich, 80% of the players, maybe even a little more, did not play. It happened suddenly. As I said, he was alone, he was a great director, but he couldn’t give more than one performance,” Varshaver complained.
