Vladimir Medeiko resigned from the post of director of the non-profit partnership “Wikimedia RU” (manages the Russian version of “Wikipedia”). He was replaced by Stanislav Kozlovsky, who previously served as the executive director of the organization. TASS.
“I have submitted an application and it has already been approved, I left Wikimedia RU,” Medeiko said.
He added that he would now be fully involved in the new Free Encyclopedia project and said that the new project was not created “in secret” but publicly.
